Purpose

Behavioral Therapy Solutions, LLC ("BTS") is committed to providing equitable, respectful, and accessible behavioral health services to all patients and families. The organization does not discriminate in the provision of services, employment practices related to patient care, referrals, or access to care.

Behavioral Therapy Solutions provides services without discrimination on the basis of:

Behavioral Therapy Solutions is committed to promoting equitable access to behavioral health services.

Reasonable efforts are made to reduce barriers to care by:

  • Providing information in language that is understandable to patients and caregivers.

  • Utilizing interpreter or translation services when reasonably available and appropriate.

  • Providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Assisting families in identifying community resources or alternative providers when Behavioral Therapy Solutions is unable to provide services.

Patient Rights

All patients and caregivers have the right to:

  • Be treated with dignity and respect.

  • Receive services free from discrimination.

  • Request reasonable accommodations.

  • Report concerns regarding discrimination without fear of retaliation.

  • File complaints or grievances regarding discrimination or access to care.

Complaints may be submitted in accordance with the organization's Patient Grievance Policy.
