Diagnostic Evaluations
Our comprehensive diagnostic evaluations are designed to provide a thorough understanding of an individual's strengths, challenges, and behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs. Evaluations are conducted by experienced licensed clinicians using evidence-based assessment tools, clinical interviews, direct observation, record review, and collaboration with caregivers and other professionals when appropriate.
Following the evaluation, you will receive a detailed written report that includes diagnostic impressions (when applicable), individualized recommendations, and guidance for treatment planning, educational supports, and community resources. Our goal is to provide clear, compassionate, and clinically sound recommendations that help individuals and families move forward with confidence.
Whether you are seeking diagnostic clarification, recommendations for services, or documentation for school, medical, or insurance purposes, our team is committed to delivering timely, high-quality evaluations tailored to each individual's unique needs.
What to expect
We understand that beginning the evaluation process can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the experience as comfortable, supportive, and informative as possible.
1. Initial Consultation
We begin by gathering information about your concerns, developmental, medical, educational, and behavioral history, and discussing your goals for the evaluation.
2. Comprehensive Assessment
Depending on the reason for the referral, the evaluation may include clinical interviews, standardized assessments, direct observations, rating scales, and review of previous records. Caregivers, teachers, or other providers may also be asked to complete questionnaires to provide a well-rounded picture of functioning across settings.
3. Individualized Evaluation
Every evaluation is tailored to the individual's unique needs. The length and specific assessment tools used will vary based on age, presenting concerns, and the referral question.
4. Results & Feedback
After all assessment components are completed, your clinician will review the findings with you, answer your questions, and explain any diagnoses (if applicable) in clear, understandable language.
5. Comprehensive Written Report
You will receive a detailed report summarizing the evaluation findings, diagnostic conclusions (when appropriate), and individualized recommendations. This report may be used to help guide treatment planning, educational accommodations, referrals, and other supportive services.
6. Next Steps
Our team is committed to helping you move forward with confidence. We will discuss recommendations, available resources, and treatment options to ensure you have a clear plan following the evaluation.

We are committed to providing objective, ethical, and evidence-based evaluations. Our role is to determine the most accurate clinical findings based on the information gathered during the assessment process. We do not guarantee any specific diagnosis, outcome, or recommendation. Every evaluation is individualized, and diagnostic conclusions are based solely on clinical judgment, standardized assessment results, and the diagnostic criteria established by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5-TR) and other applicable professional standards.
Our mission is not only to provide answers but to empower individuals and families with the knowledge, resources, and confidence needed to move forward with appropriate supports and services based on the evaluation findings.
